Xara Collection is seeking a motivated HR Executive to join its Human Resources team. This role focuses on day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and ensuring compliant, efficient HR operations across the Collection.

You will work closely with the Group HR Manager and department heads to support recruitment, onboarding, records management and policy implementation in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Formación

• Experience in HR or HR administration, preferably within hospitality or multi-site organisations.
• Good knowledge of HR administration and employment-related procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including vacancy advertising, candidate screening, interview arrangements and communication.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and the preparation of relevant employment documentation.
• Administer work permits, renewals, employee records and other employment-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, HR databases and employee documentation.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals and employee documentation deadlines.
• Respond to employee queries and coordinate HR-related requests across the Collection.
• Support HR compliance, reporting, audits and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with department heads to ensure accurate employee information and smooth HR operations.
