Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Preferably 3 years of previous hospitality experience.
• Excellent communicator and very organized.
• Able to interact with clients and be a people person.
• Background in hospitality and love for quality food.
• Available to work weekends and shifts.
• Outgoing and well groomed with neat appearance.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise waiters & front of house staff
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage bookings
• Plan and run shifts
• Train junior staff
• Greet guests and guide them to tables
• Know menu items and preparation basics
• Take and deliver orders using POS within time limits
• Ensure orders are received on time
• Bill guests accurately
