• Cultivate strong relationships with global Travel Advisors and guests.
• Act as an expert in our CRM and booking platforms
• Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support processes and service excellence.

Requirements

• Language fluency in English
• Previous experience with IT applications including CRM software & booking platforms
• Flexibility to work full-time on rotating shifts, including weekends, to support global clientele.
• A genuine interest in global travel and destinations.

Package

• Basic : R 15,900
• Incentive : R 4,400 (max)
• Night Shift Allowance : R 2,121.39
• Transport Allowance : R 2,168
• Medical Aid / Insurance (max : R1,100)
• Pension Fund : 10%
