Job summary

Empact Group is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, implement production processes, and manage food and labour costs while ensuring HACCP compliance.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in food and beverage services or culinary arts and at least three years in progressive kitchen management, with hospital experience being highly advantageous. Knowledge of budgeting, HSE, and special diets is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in food and beverage services or culinary arts is compulsory.
• Minimum 3 Years of experience of progressive/kitchen management is compulsory.
• Experience working within budget guidelines to deliver results is compulsory.
• High Volume, complex foodservice operations experience is highly desirable.
• Must have hospital experience.
• Strong knowledge of HSE is advantageous.
• Special diets knowledge is compulsory.
