Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the unit in line with sector strategy, contract terms and statutory requirements.
Oversee implementation of efficient food production processes and high-quality service delivery.
Manage and coordinate execution of creative functions and events.
Lead menu planning, standardization, costing and adherence to recipes.
Monitor gross profit, stock levels and banking; ensure optimal inventory.
Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance; keep records up to date.
