Job summary

Innovazi Consulting (Pty) Ltd is recruiting a driven home loan sales professional to proactively source new business and manage clients through the loan application journey. You will build strong ties with estate agents, bond originators and clients to deliver tailored home finance solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, proven prospecting skills and a track record in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. A valid license and own vehicle are essential for locality coverage.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 – essential.
• Valid driver’s license – essential.
• Own vehicle – essential.
• Must reside in the area you are applying for – essential.
• Minimum 2 years’ proven sales conversion experience.
• Proven experience in proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience in a target-driven and pressurised sales environment.
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
