Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a meticulous Commissions and Registrations Administrator in Bellville, Western Cape. This permanent, in-office role runs Monday to Friday with standard hours and some flexibility.

You will own the commissions engine, calculate consultant earnings, and liaise with banks and conveyancers to ensure accurate records and timely registrations. The ideal candidate thrives independently, manages multiple tasks, and handles sensitive financial information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Matric (NQF 4) is required.
• Experience in commission handling or financial administration.
• Background in bond origination, home loans, or retail banking is a plus.
• High ethical standards with data privacy and confidentiality.
• Strong MS Excel skills including formulas and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Calculate consultant and partner commissions against tier and split structures.
• Track and follow up on outstanding commission payouts from banks/lenders.
• Monitor pipeline from loan approval to deeds office lodgement and generate status reports.
• Liaise with conveyancing attorneys for milestones and update internal consultants.
• Update registration dates and maintain clean data in internal software.
• Perform debtor/creditor reconciliations for bank commissions and splits.
• Provide general operational support across duties as priorities shift.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records across all files.
