RecruitMyMom in Cape Town seeks a numerically adept Investment Administration professional to ensure operational integrity across daily investment workflows. The role focuses on accurate financial administration, client support, and strict compliance within a money market environment.

Based in the Southern Suburbs, you will manage daily call sheets, interest reconciliations, and critical records, while providing reliable support to the broader team.

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate (Matric) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy required.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate/advanced).
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Clear credit and criminal records; prior investment administration experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily call sheets to support Trust officers and daily reporting.
• Compile and reconcile daily interest rate sheets and data.
• Record daily data in the FORTRESS Custody system with accuracy.
• Perform weekly and month-end data checks to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain client data (tax numbers, addresses, personal details) and FICA documents in DOCFOX.
• Carry out departmental reconciliations across interest and capital accounts.
• Extract bank statements and process client withdrawal instructions.
• Distribute monthly client statements and file departmental documents.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate year-end filing and document archiving.
• Collaborate with STT IT team on Fortess Custody system enhancements.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.
