Job summary

Innovazi Consulting (Pty) Ltd in the Western Cape seeks a dynamic home loan sales professional to drive new business across estate agents, bond originators, and direct clients. You will focus on needs-based selling, tailoring home finance solutions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the process.

You will build pipelines, qualify clients, structure loan solutions, and guide applicants from discovery to approval, maintaining strong relationships and generating referrals.

Qualifications

• Matric and a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• External sales experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or property is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct marketing.
• Conduct detailed client needs analysis and assess affordability and financial position.
• Pre-qualify clients by evaluating credit profiles and financial background.
• Recommend and structure appropriate home loan solutions.
• Guide clients through the application process, including documentation and credit requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the application and approval process.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
• Accurately complete and submit applications with all required supporting documents.
