• Source leads via Estate Agents, Bond originators, direct marketing, and referrals.
• Identify client needs using open-ended questions and assess affordability.
• Match product offerings to needs and explain application procedures.
• Explain final terms and close the offer with the client.
• Maintain contact with clients and request referrals after offer acceptance.
• Capture applications accurately and compile required documents.
