Job summary

Innovazi Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a driven Home Loans Sales Representative to generate new business, build client relationships and guide clients through the home loan process. This field-based role requires strong business development and networking abilities.

You will travel to meet clients within the allocated territory, document interactions, and strive to meet monthly targets. Basic salary plus commission structure is offered for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Experience in sales, financial services, lending, banking, insurance or real estate is preferred.
• Valid Code B driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are essential.
• Willingness to travel to meet prospective and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and leads through direct marketing, networking and business development.
• Identify and engage with prospective home loan clients.
• Meet with clients face-to-face to understand their financial needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders.
• Assist clients throughout the home loan application process.
• Assess clients’ financial requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits and travel within the allocated territory.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads and sales activities.
