Job summary

Surgo is recruiting for an experienced Perishable Manager to join the team in Khayelitsha, Cape Town. The role focuses on cold chain management, signage, promotions and efficient store operations within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

The ideal candidate will have retail supervision experience on grocery/perishable floors, strong people skills, and a proactive approach to staff management and problem solving. Shift-based work across week days is expected.
