Job summary

Students for a Better Future (SBF) is seeking a High School Programme Manager to lead planning, delivery and continuous improvement of the High School programme. Reporting to the CEO, you will translate organisational strategy into an integrated workplan, oversee implementation, and ensure delivery is scholar-centred and aligned to SBF’s values.

Qualifications

Degree and/or background in education, youth development, psychology, social work or related field.
10+ years in programme management, ideally in education or youth development.
Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with schools, parents and stakeholders.
Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead the High School programme strategy with the CEO and leadership team.
Develop and review the integrated annual workplan with other departments.
Oversee delivery of academic support across partner schools and allocate resources.
Ensure curriculum content is up-to-date and data systems are leveraged.
Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing team and monitor KPIs.
Represent SBF with partner schools and stakeholders; report to the CEO.
