Click Learning in South Africa seeks a Programme Lead to oversee a cohort of schools, drive usage results and manage facilitators. You will coordinate implementation, support district relationships and ensure quality control across multiple sites.

The role requires tertiary education and 5–8 years in relationship and team management, with strong planning and excellent communication skills. Travel to rural areas and townships may be required.

Formación

• Minimum tertiary education (Diploma or Degree).
• 5–8 years experience with relationship and team management.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Experience with data capturing.
• Experience in the public educational sector advantageous.
• Strong planning skills and diary management.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of a cohort of schools and drive usage targets.
• Manage facilitator onboarding/offboarding and weekly team meetings.
• Lead facilitator training, performance reviews and development plans.
• Maintain district relations and provide periodic reports.
• Ensure quality control and timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with principals and delivery teams to optimise implementation.
