BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) in Cape Town seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth for the Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio in the Western Cape. You will build strong customer relationships, demonstrate value, and maintain high standards of compliance and service with healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, tailoring solutions to customer needs, gathering market insights, coordinating with Marketing and Customer Service, and completing territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare discipline required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the medical device industry.
• Willingness to travel across the Western Cape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
• Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell MDS products to healthcare institutions within the Western Cape Region.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and key collaborators.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and hands-on training sessions.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Gather and analyze competitor product information and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service.
• Develop and complete territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.
