JDJ Diagnostics is seeking a Sales Representative in Queenstown to design and execute the regional marketing strategy, build strong relationships with doctors and hospital staff, and actively promote services to grow market share.

You will be the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and feedback while contributing to CRM reporting and achieving region-specific targets. Travel to sites is required in the Eastern Cape region.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Biomedical qualification or other relevant qualification
• Prior sales experience in the medical industry with a proven track record is essential
• Driver's License and own vehicle
• Must be able to travel to different sites and doctors in the respective areas

Responsabilidades

• Participates in the design and creation of JDJ Diagnostics marketing strategy to advance the organization’s services, image, and brand recognition.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with current and potential clients, including physicians, hospital management, and suppliers.
• Promotes and sells JDJ Diagnostics services to increase market share.
• Represents JDJ Diagnostics at marketing events to advance reputation and services.
• Acts as the initial contact for clients to resolve inquiries and feedback.
• Provides feedback loops to maintain high standards of customer service regionally.
• Submits CRM reports weekly to managers with customer information.
• Adheres to region-based targets.
