Zohorecruit is seeking a Store Leader for a wellness retailer in South Africa. You will manage customer interactions, optimize floor space, and drive replenishment to keep stock available.

The role emphasizes housekeeping, stock control, cash handling, and leading a high-performing team, with focus on governance and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring wellness retail experience (3+ years), a retail management qualification, strong communication, and computer literacy.

Formación

• Grade 12 required.
• Wellness training or related managerial qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years wellness retail experience including managerial duties.
• Strong computer literacy and stock/cost control skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer interactions, complaints and requests.
• Optimize selling space and drive replenishment to ensure stock availability.
• Conduct floor walks to ensure housekeeping disciplines are adhered to.
• Meet or exceed targets GP, reduce wastage and improve stock accuracy within benchmarks.
• Interpret income statements and formulate actionable plans.
• Identify challenges, trends and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure monthly store audit benchmarks are achieved and improved.
• Lead, develop and retain team members; drive performance and coaching.
• Maintain effective cash handling procedures and controls.
