Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Lead HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives across global operations. You will develop and maintain robust HSE management systems and foster a strong safety culture in the oil and gas sector.

You will lead a distributed global team of HSE professionals, conduct risk assessments and audits, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement while working fully remotely with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HSE management, with significant oil and gas sector exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience leading risk management processes and developing safety-critical procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning, including remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Lead and mentor a global team of HSE professionals in a distributed environment.
