Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive digital platforms in a fully remote capacity. You will shape the user experience for arts and entertainment products, translating complex needs into elegant solutions and collaborating with product managers, developers and stakeholders from concept to launch.

The role requires 6+ years of UX/UI experience, strong skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Experience with user research, wireframing tools, and prototyping.
• Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new digital features from research to high-fidelity mocks.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide decisions.
• Create intuitive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and engagement goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a strong design culture.
