Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our fully remote team. You will craft intuitive, visually engaging interfaces across digital platforms, translating user needs and business requirements into impactful designs.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, develop design systems, and collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver strong user experiences. A strong portfolio and expertise in UX research and UI design are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in UX research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, analytics) and applying findings.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
