Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team. You will lead the entire design process from user research and wireframes to high‑fidelity visual design, shaping intuitive experiences for web and mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers, translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces, and iterate based on usability testing and feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with usability testing and user research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and create personas to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive UI aligned with brand guidelines.
