Job summary

Bonafide Human Capital Pty (Ltd) represents a well-known automotive dealership client in Kempton Park seeking an experienced Used Sales Manager who consistently sells 20+ vehicles per month and has hands-on experience buying vehicles and CMS Lead management.

You will lead a profitable Pre-Owned department, drive customer service, manage staff and training, and ensure adherence to budget and marketing strategies aligned with manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Management and marketing skills and experience.
• Ability to manage and administer a department with leadership.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices.
• Able to motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings, ensuring information is available for decisions and targets are discussed.
• Control costs as per budget and manage debtors with set turnaround times.
• Produce financial, productivity and sales reports accurately and on time.
• Lead and train sales staff, ensuring competency and ongoing development.
• Create marketing awareness and drive lost leads recovery in line with manufacturer strategy.
