Ndc Personnel & Contractors is seeking an experienced senior sales leader to drive commercial growth across South Africa and African markets. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and manage enquiries, tenders, and sales opportunities to deliver profitable growth.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in technical sales or business development, including at least 5 years in a leadership position, and a strong track record in negotiating tenders

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for profitable growth, commercial discipline and effective leadership of the sales function. Experience with technical tenders, pricing proposals, commercial terms and the manufacturing sector will be essential to your success.

To be considered, candidates should hold a relevant qualification in Engineering or Business. This role also requires at least 10 years’ relevant experience in technical sales or business development, including a minimum of 5 years leading a sales function, commercial team or business development portfolio. Strong leadership and customer relationship skills, together with the ability to prepare and negotiate technical tenders, pricing proposals and commercial terms, will be advantageous.
