Job summary

Ndc Personnel & Contractors is seeking an experienced senior sales leader to drive commercial growth across South Africa and African markets. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and manage enquiries, tenders, and sales opportunities to deliver profitable growth.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in technical sales or business development, including at least 5 years in a leadership position, and a strong track record in negotiating tenders

Qualifications

• Requires a qualification in Engineering or Business.
• At least 10 years in technical sales or business development with 5+ years leading a sales function or commercial portfolio.
• Experience with tenders, pricing proposals and negotiating commercial terms is essential.

Responsibilities
