Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in managing a team.
• Proven experience in a Resource & Planning environment.
• Experience forecasting for multi-channel customer service functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high performing planning team delivering excellent outcomes for the business.
• Develop resource forecasting models, ensuring forecasts, scenarios and recommendations are sound and commercially based.
• Analyse future demand and supply forecasts for all clients to ensure sufficient resources to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Operational Management Teams to plan daily workflow and achieve SLAs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, trends and utilisation; provide MI and reports to leadership.
• Provide information, analysis and advice on headcount and pipeline.
• Ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
