Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules to meet demand and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast product demand accurately.
• Optimize resource allocation, including labor, machinery, and materials, for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address deviations.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to minimize holding costs.
