Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing a workforce planning team.
• NQF level 4/5 is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and build capacity models from historical data.
• Collaborate with operations to identify drivers affecting intraday performance.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans to improve future capacity.
• Develop resource plans across cross-functional accounts to optimise utilisation.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate staffing performance.
