Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Head of Operations for a technology services company to lead core operational functions, drive service delivery excellence, and enable growth. You will work with technical teams, clients, suppliers and executives to implement process improvements, manage budgets, and ensure high client satisfaction.

The role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and a track record in IT operations and vendor management.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years' IT operations or managed services experience.
Experience leading multiple teams and operational functions.
Strong budgeting, cost control, and profitability focus.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
Knowledge of vendor management and procurement.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple operational teams.
Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure service levels, turnaround times, and client commitments are met.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Manage employee performance, coaching, development, and succession planning.
Act as a senior escalation point for operational and service delivery matters.
Coordinate client and internal projects from planning through to implementation and completion.
Oversee vendor management, procurement activities, stock controls, and operational expenditure.
Contribute to budgeting, cost optimization, commercial decision-making, and profitability initiatives.
Produce operational reporting and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
