About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Head of Operations to join a dynamic organization specializing in Leisure & Sports , specifically focusing on adventure tourism in the Bloemfontein area. This senior leadership role is critical for overseeing the daily operations of our adventure tourism ventures, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and the highest standards of safety. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of excellence. This position demands a strong understanding of operational management within the tourism and outdoor recreation sectors, combined with exceptional leadership qualities. Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complex operational environments and large teams.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and risk management in outdoor activities.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience in budget management.

• Experience with CRM and operational management software.
