Competenze

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification and admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 10–15 years post-qualification experience in a senior legal role.
• Proven leadership of a legal function, including responsibility for legal service delivery and risk management.

Mansioni

• Lead the Group Legal function and implement the strategic direction set by the General Counsel.
• Coordinate the Senior Legal Advisor portfolio and ensure integrated legal service delivery.
• Develop and implement legal service standards, priorities, and escalation processes.
• Oversee financial management of the legal department and external counsel panels.
• Provide senior legal advice on material or complex matters and support governance forums.
