Crowe DNA Pty in Cape Town seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function for a ~100-employee workforce. The role requires practical guidance to managers, handling sensitive matters, and balancing operational needs with people strategy.

The position starts with two days per week in the Cape Town office and could develop into a full-time role as the business grows. The successful candidate will oversee an HR support employee and work closely with the Director.

Formación

• At least five years’ broad HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.
• Experience with payroll inputs, EE and HR reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR function and priorities.
• Supervise the HR support employee.
• Advise Director and managers on HR matters.
• Handle disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, and workplace conflict processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, probation, and exits.
• Keep employment contracts, records, leave and attendance up to date.
