Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, OD, or related field.
• Professional HR registration is advantageous.
• Learning and development qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group Performance Management Framework aligning individual, site and organizational performance.
• Own onboarding standards and ensure quick competency building through structured induction and coaching.
• Provide strategic leadership for learning and capability development across the Group with defined targets.
• Design and maintain succession planning frameworks for key roles and regional readiness.
• Own the Group Culture Framework and embed values across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead and develop the People Performance function with clear departmental priorities.
• Produce meaningful people insights and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
