Job summary

Podhaus is seeking a mid-level Project Manager & Operations Coordinator to run day-to-day operations across our factory, sites, and logistics. This hands-on role requires leading by example, staying organized on the factory floor, and taking full ownership of projects from build through installation.

You will work daily on-site with the build team, lead site teams, coordinate procurement, manage stock, and ensure safety and quality across locations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in construction, manufacturing, or operations.
• Strong people management and practical problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on with tools and teams.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel and stay over on sites when required.
• Organised, calm under pressure, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from production through delivery and site installation.
• Work daily on the factory floor alongside the build team.
• Lead and manage site teams, including travel and overnight stays when required.
• Coordinate procurement, and suppliers when necessary.
• Manage stock levels, materials, tools, and equipment check-outs.
• Oversee quality control at factory and site level.
• Ensure safety compliance, toolbox talks, and safe work practices.
• Coordinate deliveries, transport, and site readiness.
• Manage storeroom organisation and asset tracking.
