Job summary

ECN is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities on site. You will supervise a team, allocate resources, and ensure products are produced safely, on time, and to approved quality standards.

The role focuses on planning and execution, lean improvements, and driving waste reduction, downtime minimisation, and safety performance. You will foster teamwork and continuous improvement within a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Production Management, Manufacturing Technology, Operations Management, Supervision, or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including supervisory or team-leading responsibility

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities
• Lead and develop production employees, allocate resources, and monitor performance
• Monitor output against specifications, schedules, and targets; implement corrective actions
• Receive, verify, control, and account for production kits and other materials
• Promote teamwork, discipline, accountability, and a safe working environment
• Train and assess new or reassigned employees on work instructions and equipment
