Job summary

Profile Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations / Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will coordinate production, warehousing, maintenance and facilities teams to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data literacy, budgeting, contractor management, and driving continuous improvement using CIN7 ERP and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in operations and/or facility management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food, beverage, nutraceutical or related manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with CIN7 or a similar ERP / facility management system is essential.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety, food safety and environmental requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing contractors and external service providers.
• Ability to implement process improvements and meet operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair and improvement of site infrastructure and assets.
• Manage daily production and warehouse operations for efficient workflows.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, downtime and inefficiencies.
• Utilise ERP to monitor maintenance, inventory movements and KPIs.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, food safety, quality and environmental programmes.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts, facility supplies and inventory records.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and mentor operations, maintenance and facilities staff.
• Manage external contractors and facility services.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and control costs.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and coordinate drills.
• Track and report key performance indicators.
