• Hospitality certificate or diploma is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in guest relations or front office.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.

• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out.
• Share guest information with relevant departments.
• Assist with reservations, bookings, tours, and transfers.
• Maintain guest details, profiles, and billing.
• Prepare welcome letters and registration documents.
• Handle queries and concerns professionally.
• Support Reservations, spa, housekeeping, and F&B teams as needed.
• Manage daily guest itinerary sheets and call logs.
• Book and monitor transfers, ensuring charges are processed correctly.
• Perform handovers with colleagues across shifts and complete limited night audit duties.
• Report maintenance or service issues to management as needed.
