Job summary

Craven Cottage CC in Mossel Bay is seeking a dedicated guesthouse manager to oversee bookings from enquiry to departure. You will respond to enquiries by phone and email, maintain an accurate booking system, confirm reservations, and communicate essential details to guests to ensure a smooth check-in.

You will conduct regular room inspections, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, handle payments and invoices, and ensure high service standards.

Qualifications
