Craven Cottage CC in Limpopo is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a luxury lodge environment. You will oversee room presentation, linen management, stock control and staff training to ensure impeccable guest standards.

The role requires Grade 12, hospitality awareness and proven ability to lead a team, with strong attention to detail and frontline guest service commitment. Experience in high-end hospitality and front-of-house duties highly regarded; you will report to the lodge

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• A formal hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel or similar high-end environment is preferred.
• Well-presented, organised, professional and guest-focused with strong attention to detail; able to lead by example.
• Practical housekeeping knowledge; ability to train and supervise a housekeeping team.
• Laundry knowledge, room inspection standards and stock-control experience.
• Front of House abilities.'

Responsabilités

• Daily room and lodge checks to ensure high standards.
• Oversee laundry procedures and controls for linen and uniforms.
• Provide practical housekeeping training to staff.
• Ensure cleaning schedules, checklists and procedures are followed.
• Assist with stock takes and maintain stock levels.
• Monitor linen and equipment condition and report issues.
• Keep housekeeping stores organized and controlled.
• Plan daily duties and supervise the housekeeping team.
• Identify maintenance issues during inspections and report them.
• Ensure guest rooms are prepared with care and consistency.
