Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years reception experience preferred.
• Good phone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
• Able to work hospitality hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on arrival and departure in a warm, professional manner.
• Share information about the estate, facilities, art and experiences.
• Take guests on estate tours and manage reception inquiries.
• Answer and direct calls on the switchboard; pass messages to the right person.
• Maintain up-to-date guest and booking records and communicate updates to departments.
