Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent in Soweto to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive stay at their Gauteng hotel.

You will use the hotel's PMS, coordinate room assignments, process payments, and maintain front desk standards while delivering exceptional service. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required to support guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and process check-ins/outs.
