Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in/out guests and maintain guest profiles.
• Assist guests with bookings, tours, transfers, and restaurant liaising.
• Ensure accuracy of guest information and rates across systems.
• Coordinate with departments and relay guest information as required.
• Prepare welcome letters and registration cards for arrivals.
• Assist with lunch/dinner bookings and spa/housekeeping/restaurant support.
• Provide handovers to Night Auditor and shift colleagues.
• Ensure transfers are booked, tracked, and charged.
• Report maintenance concerns to the manager on duty.
