Stellenbosch Hotel in Stellenbosch is seeking a Food Service Ambassador to deliver memorable dining experiences across room service, restaurant, and events. You will greet guests, seat them, take orders, upsell products, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires at least two years in hospitality, knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to work weekends and holidays; Micros experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Food Service Ambassador (Waiter).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of food & wine; basic barista skills advantageous.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as per roster.
• Micros experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the dining areas for service and welcome guests.
• Seat guests and take orders, delivering a personalized experience.
• Serve guests from start to finish and upsell products.
• Meet targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with outlets across room service, restaurant, and events.
