Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships Development: Make calls to allocate customers to develop new relationships or as a first contact.
• Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for each call, present materials, ask questions to assess interest.
• Sell Customer Propositions: Identify products/services that meet customer needs and explain benefits.
• Operational Compliance: Know policies, procedures and regulatory codes; ensure work meets standards.
• CRM: Schedule callbacks and log data in the CRM for retention and business development.
• Performance Management: Prioritise workflow and meet quality standards; use systems to improve performance.
• Personal Capability Building: Stay updated on policy changes via online training and assessments.
• Sales Opportunities: Identify potential customers via referrals and recommendations.
