Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line support for technical and functional solutions.
Deliver high quality application and systems support to customers and internal teams.
Create diagnostic scripts and runbooks; monitor systems and fix data-related errors.
Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Architecture teams on design and configuration of platforms.
Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports for stakeholders.
Document defects and communicate resolutions to solution teams.
