Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Randburg is seeking a capable 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide technical and functional application support, resolve incidents, and collaborate with delivery teams to stabilize platforms. Qualifications

Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and integration tools.
Knowledge of Web Methods, ESB and API-based services (REST, SOAP).
Strong scripting, automation, and scheduling tool experience.
Ability to operate in a high availability environment with multiple operational instances.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line support for technical and functional solutions.
Deliver high quality application and systems support to customers and internal teams.
Create diagnostic scripts and runbooks; monitor systems and fix data-related errors.
Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Architecture teams on design and configuration of platforms.
Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports for stakeholders.
Document defects and communicate resolutions to solution teams.
