Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a B2B and growing-brand client portfolio. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap, and the narrative on why decisions are made during client calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and drive long-term growth. Clear English on live calls with US clients is essential, with remote collaboration across NA and SA time zones.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, ran and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth with data you can cite.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.

• Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Plan budgets, bid strategies, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate results on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency. As Growth Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing‑brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long‑term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimised the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
