Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in a remote-capable role is seeking a seasoned SEM Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You will steer campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, and provide strategic narrative during client calls.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and agency-wide client management. Fluent English on US calls is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers.

As Search Engine Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
