Blacksmith Agency is a digital agency operating remotely with clients in the US, Canada, and South Africa. We seek a Paid Social Media Manager who owns paid media strategy and execution for a book of B2B and growing-brand accounts.

You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative during client discussions, acting as the strategic voice and making campaign decisions that drive results. Collaboration with clients on live calls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: run, optimize campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Social Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
