Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads campaigns, map budgets, test creative, and tell the client story with the numbers.

You will craft 90-day roadmaps, drive ROAS improvements, and manage ongoing relationships with multiple US and international clients on live calls. A strong command of English is essential and agency experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Define the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Digital Advertising Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
