Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS improvement, CPA control, and long-term client growth. This remote role supports Canada, South Africa, or USA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager, platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
