Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage five direct reports and drive growth through consumer-led initiatives, leveraging AI, MarTech and data-driven marketing to optimise performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching marketing and growth strategy.
• Strengthen brand equity and drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Translate consumer insights, cultural trends and customer data into commercial growth opportunities.
• Lead innovation across products, customer experiences, digital platforms and strategic partnerships.
• Champion the adoption of AI, MarTech and data-driven marketing capabilities.
• Optimise marketing investment, campaign effectiveness and commercial performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, franchise partners and agencies to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
